Should you require further information or help, please contact us by email and we will be happy to assist you.

  • We deliver via courier directly to your address, anywhere in South Africa.
  • All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you via email once we ship your order.
  • The courier emails will contain a tracking link so you can check-up on the status of your order at anytime.
  • Delivery times are normally between 5 - 7 business days, but can be quicker!
  • Deliveries cannot be made on Public Holidays. If your order is placed on a Public Holiday it will only be processed and dispatched the following business day.
  • To ensure efficient delivery, please take care in providing the correct physical address, including company name or unit number if applicable, and at least one correct working contact number during check out.
  • Livv Activewear is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders.
  • Shipping costs for orders are non-refundable.
  • When placing an order with Livv Activewear, you acknowledge and accept all domestic shipping terms.

Our Return Policy:

  • Items returned within 15 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a refund or store credit.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached to the returned item/s.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
  • Livv Activewear reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be refunded.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and reflect the refund in your account.
